Chinese Pastry Cooking Workshop

With an aim to promulgate Chinese pastries and tradition, the Alumni Affairs and Development Office organised the “Chinese Pastry Cooking Workshop” on 14 November 2020 to make Sweet Heart Cake with winter melon filling (冬蓉老婆餅) and walnut cookies (合桃酥).
