Vice Minister of Education Wang Jiayi Meets with EdUHK Delegation

EdUHK Ranked 12th in QS World University Rankings by Subject 2025

EdUHK is pleased to announce that in the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2025, EdUHK ranked 12th in the world in Education, 4th in Asia and 2nd in Hong Kong. The results are encouraging and once again prove the University’s professional standing in education is recognised internationally. Compared with last year, the University’s ranking in the subject of education has improved by eight places, and its ranking in Asia is one place higher. Read more

EdUHK and China Foreign Affairs University Jointly Establish Institute for International Relations

On 10 March, EdUHK and China Foreign Affairs University (CFAU) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) at CFAU’s campus in Beijing, to jointly establish the Institute for International Relations of The Education University of Hong Kong. The collaboration aims to strengthen their partnership in the areas of international relations, Chinese foreign affairs education and interactive practice. Under the framework of the MoU, CFAU will assist and support EdUHK in developing international relations and Chinese foreign affairs education in Hong Kong. Read more

EdUHK and EdCity Join Hands to Foster Artificial Intelligence and Computational Thinking

To align with the 2024 Policy Address that encourages the development of STEAM education and also digital education in education sector, EdUHK and Hong Kong Education City signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on 14 March to foster the promotion of Artificial Intelligence and Computational Thinking. The collaboration will focus on artificial intelligence (AI) and computational thinking (CT) education, providing professional training and development opportunities for educators. Read more

Over 1,500 Alumni Join EdUHK Alumni Homecoming 2025 to Reunite and Build New Connections

EdUHK Alumni Affairs and Development Office (AADO) held the EdUHK Alumni Homecoming 2025 on 22 March. Over 1,500 alumni returned to their alma mater with friends and family to reunite and interact with mentors through various activities on the Tai Po campus. The opening ceremony began with a lion dance performed by a team from S.R.B.C.E.P.S.A. Lu Kwong Fai Memorial School, and was officiated by EdUHK President Professor John Lee Chi-Kin and members of the University’s management. Read more

[EdUHK Alumni Homecoming 2025] Recall the Happy Moments of Reunion

The EdUHK Alumni Homecoming 2025 organised by the Alumni Affairs and Development Office was successfully held on 22 March 2025. Thank you for bringing smiles and vigour to campus! Check out the photo album and relive the joy!

Alumni participate in the Psychological First Aid training

Over 30 alumni participated in a "6-hour Face-to-Face Psychological First Aid (PFA) Training" on 8 March, jointly conducted by the Global Affairs Office of The Education University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Red Cross. Alumni can learn PFA principles, essential communication skills in PFA and application of the knowledge through in-class practices.

The Education University of Hong Kong Mainland Alumni Association Annual Meeting

The Education University of Hong Kong Mainland Alumni Association held its annual meeting on 22 March, summarising the past year's activities and approving the new executive committee members. Representatives from the AADO met with the new executive committee members, looking forward to continued close cooperation, uniting alumni and working together for the development of the University.
