China Media Group Interviews EdUHK President Professor John Lee Chi-Kin

In an exclusive interview to the China Media Group, Professor John Lee Chi-Kin, President of The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK), explained his educational insights and plans for development of the University. He pointed out that EdUHK places great emphasis on cultivating students' good character and on national security education, describing such moral education as the "compass of life". Read more

To cultivate an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit among students, EdUHK held a two-day ‘EdUHK 30th Anniversary Student Fair’ on 24 and 25 February. Read more

EdUHK Values Education Conference

It is essential for students to establish proper values and attitudes, through which they may overcome challenges in their everyday life. In view of this, EdUHK held the Values Education Conference at the Hong Kong Palace Museum on 23 February. The event provided teachers with professional exchange opportunities, while simultaneously allowing them to foster values education. Read more

EdUHK Career Fair 2024

Career Development Service of the Student Affairs Office is organising the 4th EdUHK Career Fair 2024 from mid-February to March 2024. The Fair is a platform for various organisations from Education, STEM, NGOs, Government, and Business Fields to engage with the EdUHK students and recent graduates. Read more

EdUHK First Ever ‘Caring for Life’ Day

EdUHK held the first ever ‘Caring for Life 2024’ Day on 2 February, as part of its 30th Anniversary celebrations. The event encouraged the University’s senior management, faculty and staff members, and frontline staff to participate in a variety of activities on campus and enjoy a pleasant afternoon. Special appreciation was also shown for all those who work at the University for their ongoing collaboration and support in its development; and to promote values education, caring culture, and pet-friendly environment. EdUHK 30th Anniversary Walkathon Fundraising & Education Day

EdUHK held the 30th Anniversary Walkathon Fundraising & Education Day on 27 January, with around 1,000 people taking part, including EdUHK staff, students, alumni, primary and secondary school teachers and students, enterprises and members of the general public. The aim of the event was to support the development of EdUHK, and education projects on teacher morality training, STEAM education and SEN education. Read more

[Register Now] EdUHK Alumni Homecoming 2024

A wide range of activities will be organised at the “EdUHK Alumni Homecoming 2024” on 23 March 2024 (Saturday), including a thematic talk by Dr Lau Siu-ling, Founding Principal of Po Leung Kuk Choi Kai Yau School, an Egg Hunt Carnival, and a Cupcake Decorating Workshop. Chinese New Year Food Workshop enjoyed by all

Organised by AADO, the “Chinese New Year Food Workshop” was a successful event held on 25 January, in which alumni learnt how to make two festive food items – Pandan Coconut Chinese New Year’s Cake and Deep-Fried Taro Shred Balls. Under the guidance of instructor Mrs Wong Leung Suk Ying, everyone produced eye-pleasing and mouthwatering festive food. Photos of the event have been uploaded to our Facebook album for browsing!
