Summer Baking Workshop

Making desserts with sweet and juicy mangos in hot summer is very refreshing. Therefore, the Alumni Affairs and Development Office held a "Summer Baking Workshop" on July 17, inviting a professional instructor to teach our alumni and their friends to make Mango Napoleon and Palmier. In the workshop, the participants happily made Napoleon’s puff pastry and custard, then stacked puff pastry, custard and mango layer by layer, and finally sprinkled icing sugar and placed mango on the top layer as they like. The unique Mango Napoleon is completed! At the same time, the participants made Palmier. These golden products were mouth-watering!
