Dragon Boat Festival Rice Dumpling Workshop

The Alumni Affairs and Development Office (AADO) held the "Dragon Boat Festival Rice Dumpling Workshop" on 29 May. Under the guidance of the instructor, our alumni and their friends made traditional rice dumplings with salted meat as well as lotus seed paste. Participants remarked that it was not an easy task but they were overjoyed as there were many ingredients and they finally made eight to ten rice dumplings each. At the end of the workshop, the participants felt proud of their "products" and happily took them home to share with their families.

In addition, some alumni made donations to EdUHK to support bursaries and help students in need. Our heartfelt appreciations!
