Chinese New Year Food Workshop

The Alumni Affairs and Development Office organised the “Chinese New Year Food Workshop” on 18 January 2020. Alumni and friends, under the guidance of Mrs Anissa Wong Leung Suk Ying, the tutor at Shun Hing Cooking Centre and also our alumna, produced “Coconut Milk Red Date Cake” and “Deep Fried Taro Ball”. The place was filled with a happy festive mood celebrating the Chinese New Year.

In addition, AADO is thankful to a few of our alumni who attended this workshop for their generosity and donations to The Education University of Hong Kong in supporting the establishment of bursaries to help their juniors in need. We hope that donations will continue to come in to set up more bursaries for helping students with financial difficulties.
