Chinese New Year Food Workshop

The Alumni Affairs and Development Office will organise the “Chinese New Year Food Workshop” on 18 January 2020. With the guidance of a tutor at Shun Hing Cooking Centre, alumni and friends will make Coconut Milk Red Date Cake and Deep Fried Taro Ball to celebrate the Chinese New Year. “The Wine Campaign” has been launched by the Alumni Affairs and Development Office. Sold at HK$338*, each bottle of wine is decorated with a wine tag of commemorative and collection value.
