Workshop for Father's Day Home-cooked Dishes
Alumni Affairs and Development Office organised the “Workshop for Father's Day Home-cooked Dishes” on 8 June 2019. Our alumni spanning different years of graduation and our friends, under the guidance of Jacqueline (instructor of the Shun Hing Cooking Centre) cooked Roasted Chicken with Lemon and Herbs and Honey-stewed BBQ Pork as an expression of love for their father.
In addition, the Office wants to express gratitude to some of our alumni for their generosity in making on-the-spot donations to their alma mater in support of the establishment of bursaries to help their young fellow students who are in need.

The event aims to promote the concept of inclusive community and learning through play. The rundown included expertise seminars, experiential activities, service exhibitions and booth activities, attracting no less than 200 families and alumni to participate in the event for the knowledge and undertanding of special education service and different supporting strategies. The event was supported by many units and enthusiasts. More than 80 professionals in the field, EdUHK students and their parents volunteered to serve during the activities. At the same time, this public education event has received support from the Swire Group Charitable Trust, the artist Michelle Yim, CSENIE of EdUHK, and Alumni Affairs and Development Office for donated gifts to be used as souvenirs or prizes in the event, as well as promoting the need for game intervention to support children's learning.
