Rural Training College Alumni Association’s AGM

The Rural Training College (RTC) Alumni Association Ltd held a general meeting on 27 June 2018, followed by a dinner gathering. Professor Stephen Cheung Yan-leung, President of The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) and a group of university colleagues were invited to attend the event, during which Dr Kwong Kai-to, Chairman of the RTC Alumni Association, presented a couplet to Prof. Cheung. The couplet is not only romantic in nature, but also has the name of Prof. and Mrs Cheung embedded in it! Taking this opportunity to thank RTC Alumni Association’s hospitality and their unfailing support for the University!

Western Calligraphy Workshop

Western calligraphy uses elegant lines to show a unique beauty through ink strokes. Alumni Affairs and Development Office of The Education University of Hong Kong invites alumni and friends to participate in the “Western Calligraphy Workshop” for them to understand Western calligraphy skills and enjoy the pleasure in calligraphy art. The latest issue of AADO Magazine has been published

This issue:
The Education University of Hong Kong participated for the first time in the “International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva” held in Switzerland and won several awards. Each of the three participating projects won a silver medal. The projects showcased three educational technology areas that covered STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), Environmental Education, and Special Education, achieving breakthrough in both classroom and home learning. The four winners were interviewed to give an introduction to their inventions.
