The EdUHK Foundation Thanksgiving Reception cum Scholarship Presentation Ceremony
The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) held a reception on 11 May 2018 to express its gratitude to donors for their full support.
On the same occasion, scholarships were presented to students with outstanding achievement in academic results, leadership, service records and performance in other areas. Nearly 770 scholarships valued at approximately $21 million will be awarded this year.
Addressing the ceremony as Guest of Honour was Mr Wong Kam-sing, Acting Chief Secretary for Administration, HKSAR. Also in attendance were over 250 friends and supporters of the University, including leading figures from the business and education sectors, staff members and scholarship recipients.

Tea Art Appreciation Workshop 2018
|
The Alumni Affairs and Development Office of The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) organised the “Tea Art Appreciation Workshop” on 12 May 2018 and was pleased to invite Ms Family Leung (National Senior Tea Artist, National Senior Tea Appraiser and International Business Etiquette Tutor) to be the instructor of the workshop. Under the guidance of Ms Leung, alumni and friends appreciated the art and etiquette of tea-drinking, and enjoyed the art of tea-tasting while keeping an eye on the colour, aroma, taste and temperature of tea leaves amid the sound of tea-making.
