EdUHK Alumni Homecoming Day 2018
The “EdUHK Alumni Homecoming Day 2018” of The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) will be held in the afternoon of 17 March 2018 (Saturday). We invite our alumni to return to the campus with their family and friends and participate in a number of exciting activities including:
- Thematic talk
- Indoor rock climbing
- Parent-child activities (such as Skiing Sleigh, Tyre Race, Inflatable Slide and DIY Bag Handicraft Workshop, etc.)
- Sugar painting performance
- Alumni’s tea gathering
- Campus excursions (guided tour of Aquaponics, Library and Hong Kong Museum of Education)
For the thematic talk, Alumni Affairs and Development Office (AADO) has invited Mr James Yip Wai-lun, the well-known child behaviour therapist and Dr Leung Yuen-shan, psychiatrist, to give a lecture entitled “Understanding Brain Structure and the Improvement on Concentration”. Lunar New Year Food Workshop
The Alumni Affairs and Development Office organised the “Lunar New Year Food Workshop” on 1 February 2018 (Thursday). Alumni and friends, under the guidance of Mrs Mic, a tutor at Shun Hing Cooking Centre, produced “Turnip Cake” and “Deep Fried Taro Ball”. The place was filled with a happy festive mood celebrating the Lunar New Year.

A Visit to the “Sun Museum”
The Alumni Affairs and Development Office, together with our alumni and friends, paid a visit to the “Sun Museum” on 25 January 2018 (Thursday) to enjoy the exhibition, “The Art of Shen Ping: Compositions of Two Lands”. We would like to thank Ms Chloe Suen, Chairperson of the Simon Suen Foundation, for her full support and Mr Yeung Chun-tong, Museum Director, for his detailed illustration of the exhibits!
