Alumni Connect - Snowy Mooncake Workshop 2016

The “Alumni Connect - Snowy Mooncake Workshop 2016” organised by the Alumni Affairs and Development Office (AADO) was held on 12 September, with a mixed group of over 30 participants including our alumni from different generations of the University, our young and energetic students as well as our exchange students from overseas. They all enjoyed the interesting process of making their own snowy mooncakes. The event was filled with fun and laughter and it was a great opportunity for everyone to have a closer examination at the origins and tradition of a popular Chinese festival.
