EdUHK Gala Dinner

The Education University of Hong Kong hosted the event of “EdUHK Gala Dinner” at Conrad Hong Kong Hotel on Friday, 23 September 2016. The joyous occasion was attended by alumni, students, staff and our special honoured guests who have contributed to education in Hong Kong.

The dinner was made special by the thoughtful seating arrangement reflecting the connections that we held dear with our alumni of different generations. The guests were grouped into five zones of the former Colleges of Education (Northcote College of Education, Grantham College of Education, Sir Robert Black College of Education, Hong Kong Technical Teachers’ College and the Institute of Language in Education), representing the historical roots of the University and our proud legacy. The evening of reunions was made memorable by the sharing of the good old days. While everyone was having a great time, a jazz group formed by alumni and students enchanted hundreds of guests with love songs and brought cheers to the festive event.
